Did I install my stock fan right

Hello, I have had this gaming PC for about 9 months now which I built myself. It works well and hasn’t had any problems. A question just Came to mind regarding thermal paste. I never actually used thermal paste in my build but I used the intel stock cooler (intel i7 7700). Is the thermal paste already on the stock cooler or was there something I had to do that I didn’t? All I did was stick the cooler on top of the processor nothing else.

There is paste applied to the stock cooler, so you're good.
