So I just bought a new RX 460, after inserting it to the PCI slot, I noticed that the ports are not aligned with the case, so I decided to bend the card just to plug the port. But I didn't test it out by playing games after installing the card. After a few days, I decided to cut the portion of the case so the card will sit in the slot normally. Then when I tried to play somes games, the screen goes black randomly for a few seconds.
(don't mind the grammar)

CPU: A4-6300 (still waiting for my AMD 860k to arrive)
GPU: RX 460 2GB
RAM: 8GB
PSU: GENERIC 700W FORTRESS

Solution
Pull the motherboard and everything out of the case, see if it works ok when "breadboarded". (put the motherboard and components on non conductive surface).

Thanks for your reply, will try that tomorrow. But what if the problem still persists after breadboarding, do you have any alternate solution?

It actually solved the problem. Thanks! But what should i do next?
