Question Did I just kill my RX 6600 with ESD?

So I accidentally touched my GPU to feel If the hair flow of the case was working as intended, while the PC was still running the second I touched the pcb it crashed, and know it won't boot with the GPU mounted on it. Does someone know what to do?

replace it.

depend on where you touch the pcb, you might have shorted it.

you could try to unplug and push the power button for a few seconds and then clear CMOS on your MB. plug back in and try to restart
