Hello all.

I would like to ask, if i can to one thing. My setup is :

CPU : i7 14700KF (underclocked for testing to 5.0GHz) (brand new, bought few days ago)
GPU: MSI RTX 3070 Ti Gaming X (brand new, bought few days ago)
CPU Cooler : Arctic Liquid Freezer II 360 AIO
Motherboard : TUF GAMING Z790-PLUS WIFI (with latest bios 1402) (brand new, bought few days ago)
RAM : 2x32GB G.Skill Trident Z. (running default XMP profile atm)
PSU : Be Quiet Pure Power 12M 1000W
SSD: 2x 2TB Samsung 990 Pro, 1x Crucial P3 500GB

It works flawlessly from start, but then i tried OC, but without luck, but this is not the problem. Problem is even on default OCCT shows Errors. Did i just killed CPU with drawing about 300W in OCCT with that?

Thank you for any advice or tip or even help.

Seems strange to me. If PSU is okay. I mean, maybe its bugged BIOS? I hvea latest, but still. Or could it be sofware problem? I didnt reinstalled (clean install) windows. Yes i have legally bought windows.

my actions would be:
start by making sure all connections are firmly seated(cables, cards, everything).

if problems continue;
next reset BIOS to optimized defaults with no other user input.

if nothing changes over a couple hours of normal use with at least a couple restarts;
run Memtest and CHKDSK.

if both come back with no errors;
perform a fresh install of the latest OS version
and all latest motherboard and other system drivers.

if problems still persist;
remove all but a single RAM module and test it in each DIMM slot one at a time.
do the same with all modules.

if nothing has solved the issue(s) or provided insight at all;
i would test each component separately in a different system.
if a proper substitute isn't available you can get this support at a local repair shop.

ATM . I did Number 1 step and one of 8-Pin on board was little off, then it clicks when i put some pressure in that cable. Other cables OK. Everything checked. Steps before i did - CHKDSK C: /F. SFC /Scannow, MEMTest without any error (full 4 passes).

Let's see if the small loose was the problem and solved it or nott.

So i am investigate the problem. And that ATX connetor wasn't problem. Probably it's RAM, because if i try OCCT with 6600MHz then i start getting errors, if i set up to normal 6000MHz (XMP Profile), then it works. At least now. Need to check and more deeply try find the problem.

I am not sure, but could be IMC in CPU dead, or almost dying? Because if i set up RAM Speed to 6000MHz (default) so everything working like it should, but with more "juiceL"" in frequency then i started getting errors on in OCCT (CPU) test. But strange is, memtest was fine even in OCCT ram test was fine.

One more thing. One time (6600MHz) its working,one time no, and so on.
