Hello, while trying to disable my intergrated graphics to use my video card. I believe that I chose something different then the actual slot that my card is put in (PCIX Express slot). When I try to boot up the computer (with the integrated graphics and my gpu) I get four beeps and it does not boot up. Any help would be apreciated.

Thanks

take out the gpu and go back into the bios and enable the onboard.if it boots up it would seem related to your new card.this doesnt mean you put your card into the wrong slot, which is not at all easy to do.if it boots up with onboard, shut it down.now examine your new video card for damage.post your computer specs especially your motherboard model.a picture of the mother board would be great but lets just go with the specs for now.
