I have an Intel Core i7-4770K and I can't push it past 4.2 without blue-screening. It is air-cooled with a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and powered by the EVGA SuperNOVA NEX750B2. I have pushed the voltage all the way up to 1.3 and I still only hit 4.2 and then blue-screen. I am beyond frustrated and am going to sell this one and get a 4790K and try my luck again. Before I do that, I wanted to ask if there was anything else I could do.

Agreed, I had this issue too. I reduced my Corsair Vengeance 2133mhz RAM down to 1600 and it solved the blue screen issues.

I don't know a whole lot about RAM timing/overclocking, but I dropped it to stock (no XMP) which I think is 1333. I still BlueScreen at anyting over 4.2GHz.
