Hello, I game mostly, and everyone on this forum was saying "INTEL INTEL INTEL" and i was like "AMD AMD AMD" i don't see why to get Intel when AMD is practically the same thing but at lower price. Thanks

The system seems to be well balanced. The reason for Intel Intel Intel is that they are faster in most things, but the boards can cost more and AMD is not THAT bad.

It all comes down to cost. I have build and have no problems with mid level AMD setups.

I thought for streaming, i7-4790K is the heaven, anything above that gets crazy OP. Enlighten me, I haven't thought AMD was good for streaming. But yes, the reason why everyone here is all

Intel, Intel, Intel

is because their CORES are more powerful than AMD. AMD has the more cores. Even if they are weak, if major amounts of them work together, they can beat out Intel. Like FX-6300 catches up with a i3-4130 per previous PassMark scores. And to give you the scope of how weak FX cores are, imagine AMD A6-3410 cores (why this? It's Bulldozer if I'm right, the architecture on FX), and tag 4 more on there. It wasn't any good to start off with, but 4 more later and it still isn't that good.
