Hey guys! I have been off a lot lately as my pc has been working (Hallelujah!). Just yesterday, it started freezing a lot. It randomly froze in google chrome for like 2 minutes and the usual tricks (cntrl alt delete) and start menu button, along with opening the disc drive and closing it took forever to work. This is why i have come to the conclusion that i have overclocked my gpu too much. Last night while playing planetside 2, it froze several times. Now, this could be because i have 4 gigs of ram, but i doubt it's my i3 because i've looked at performance monitor while playing and it says under 30% used up. Pretty good for an i3 imo. I also felt around the fans and there was some warm air coming out. So, back to OCing. I overclocked my gpu quite a while ago using AMD Overdrive. It had a test thing and i got it up to 1100 mhz for memory when it was previously 900 and i think i got the core clock up to 900 when it was previously 575. I think at least. It's been working for over a month like this. I also raised the fan speed on the gpu. I have a thermaltake Soprano case (keeps it very cool). This freezing problem only started after i moved around the computer, so maybe it's the placement now? Its side fan has about 2 inches of clearance and the back fans have 4, but could warm air somehow get trapped back there? IDK. Thanks!
Downsampling: So, i tried using amd downsampling tool and i want to know if it worked. After doing it, only a few resolutions are available. Did i do something wrong?
