Did i spend too much on my pc, even though i dont have a gpu?

so i started building it mid august 2016 and few months later, i still dont have gpu
my specs
cpu- core i5 6600k - $327
cpu cooler h60- $89
Motherboard- z170 mx gaming 5- $199
case- carbide spec m2 - $96
psu- Rosewill arc 650w- $90
hdd- 2x 1TB- $150
Ram- 32 gb ddr4 2400- 130
gamign keyboard- azio mgk1 - $120

total- $1201 CAD and no gpu yet

i think its a bit overkill especially the ram idk why i got that expensive. Didnt buy the gpu earlier because it was always out of stock 1060 , but i might buy it black friday . what would its value be with a 1060 if i were to sell it in few months

Value now is sale price minus 20%-30% for being used. It's decent if not great. H60 is a low end closed loop cooler outperformed by a $30 air cooler. 32GB of DDR4 2400 would have been better as 16GB of DDR4 3200 or faster. The Rosewill Arc is not something I'd buy for a new build but it's not complete junk. The 2 x 1TB HDDs would be better as a 500GB - 1TB SSD.

No matter what parts you used you're not going to sell it for anything other than a loss. Computer parts depreciate as soon as you buy them. Just like a new car.
