I started off losing big time when I bought a Zotac GTX 1080 Amp Edition. I think it had a bad cooler as my temps were always in the high 80's. Well I RMA'd that card and man oh man is it a beast. I'm not sure what others are getting but as of right now my core clock is running stable at 2080Mhz and my memory clock is at 5400Mhz with my temps hitting the mid 70's at most. I've check out some tech sites and the most I've seen them get is around 2029 on the core. This has enabled me to average almost 80fps in 1440p on Ultra in ME Andromeda. Before the overclock I was sitting around 60 fps. It seems like the memory OC mattered more than the core since I only averaged around 65 to 70 when I left the memory alone. Anyone have any input on this?

Solution
From what i've seen there is very little difference with max clocks on Pascal cards, most will do 2000-2100Mhz with a few being able to do 2100+Mhz.

You know what I think I was wrong with the 2029 I think it was actually 2129 that I saw on more than one vid. I think tomorrow I'm going to try and get my memory clocks higher as that seemed to make the most difference. I stopped at 400 mainly out of sheer amazement that I got that high. In hindsight I've seen vids of people getting 5 to 600Mhz OC's on their memory so I'm not sure why I was so shy about it.
