Hey guys! So I’ll leave a tldr at the bottom but here’s the full story.
I recently got Batman: Arkham City and decided to see if i could run the game at max settings. Upon loading into the menu, my PC suddenly turned off and wouldn’t turn back on. After following some guides i found on here, i narrowed it down to my gpu. My pc starts and runs fine on the integrated graphics, but if i try to boot with my 980ti connected, it won’t start. My PSU is brand new (Corsair RM850X) since i thought that was the problem (LOL)
So my question is: Is my gpu just dead? Can i do anything to bring it back? I don’t know understand how it would suddenly stop working? Please help!
TLDR; PC runs fine without gpu connected, once i connect gpu fails to turn on.

Mobo: MSI Gaming 6
CPU: i7-4790k
Cooler: H60
GPU: MSI 980ti
RAM: 16 gb’s hyper x
PSU: Corsair RM 850X
