I am currently booted up using my onboard graphics but have my 1070 also enabled for trouble shooting.

Device manager detects the GeForce 1070 but I have a code 43 error with my PC disabling the device. When trying to boot up with or use my GPU then all I get is black screens.

The card is just over a year old, the fans on it work, and the GPU will knock my monitor out of standby mode despite giving black screens. After about 10 minutes the monitor then shuts down. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the hardware, the drivers, checked my power leads, even cleaned the pins with pure alcohol as advised by tech support on Amazon, but nothing. Just black screens.

My problems with my GeForce 1070 started last week, I think I remember a windows 10 update the day before if that is relevant. Looking at my GPU then there are no burned spots, no dirt, its looks brand spanking new even after a year. There have also been no burning smells.

What would people advise to try and get my card working again?
