Question Did my GPU died?

I have a GTX 980ti from MSI. When I was playing WoW my PC randomly restarted and after booting windows 10 I got this screen:

After that I removed the card and used Intel GPU and it worked fine.

When I uninstall the drivers and put the card back on it works:

If I try a lower resolutions it works too, but if I try to change to a bigger resolution this happens:

I can still see and use the computer, and the artifacts move around when I move the mouse.

When I try installing an older driver it goes back to displaying the first image where I can't see anything.

It could also be a power issue.
Can you try another PSU?

I will try another cable and connector in the PSU, I currently don't have another PSU to try tho.

Another thing is artifacts don't show up in screenshots. Don't know if that means anything.
