did my psu die?

i was watching netflix playing and playing a game. when my computer shutsdown with no warning.(it did it about 2 days ago but ignored it.) my bios(hero vii) pulls up and says it has detected a surge from the psu and wont boot. i waited a bit and tried to turn it on it turns my usb 3 card on but fans dont spin or anything else.

okay. i just 1 day shipped a evga g3 850w hopefully everything else is still ok :/
