Question Did my RAM just die?

I have 2x 8gb RAM but my PC is currently only detecting one. When I boot my computer I get a "pmu memory training error at socket 0 channel 1 dimm 1" text. I've had this computer for a couple of years and never experienced this, did one of my RAM just die?

My current RAM is Kingston 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2666MHz Fury Black
