Did not clean CPU before installation

I just recently built my computer. To install the cpu I applied thermal compound then put on the cooler. I just found out that you are supposed to clean off the cpu with alcohol before installation. Is it a problem if I did not do this? Should I reinstall the cpu and cooler?

just check ur idle and load temp. and u r good to go

Yeah its perfectly fine. Only need to really clean it is if you are applying different TIM
