Did the framerate just drop again?

After Issue 3, I had to remove my ATI card and put in a Geforce 3 Ti 200
to get my frame rate up from around 2 to around 10, which is good enough
for moving around and fighting. Now it's down to 3 after I4. I doubt
this is a coincidence. But it makes no sense. The new content includes a
lot new hero graphics, but the slowdown happens even if there is no one in
sight. If it is related to the graphic card, it ought to only be
noticeable when the card actually renders the new graphics, right? Not
when it's loaded or even just downloaded to the hard disk.

I only have framerate problems in Hami raids....and that is because
some of the over 100 people don't know how to reduce the other client
video lag.

When connecting to CoH you can turn off your anti-virus (I do).

Increase your page-file size.

Check your connection with some of the outside speed checkers.

I'm running on a 20K connection (160 for those that can't do math, half
DSL) and I do not really have lag issues except in PI and 'The Hive'

Both of my video cards are ATI, a Radeon 9200PCI and Radeon X800AGP
Pro. The X800AGP Pro is my primary, but I ran the game on the 9200PCI
for the longest time.
