Your bios will most likely automatically identify the type of ram in your system and set its timing parameters accordingly.

Mind you, your system will set those timings according to the slowest ram module, and for dual channel to work, many systems require that the ram modules be identical.

With that said, you should experience a noticeable difference...

1333/1066 = 25% INCREASE IN THE SPEED/BANDWIDTH OF MEMORY OPERATIONS.
