Difference between 2 hard drives

what is the difference between this seagate external hard drive ST310005EXD101-RK
and this seagate exernal hard drive STAC1000200

one is an external drive, the other is an internal drive?

I'm not really sure what else to say.

they both are same to each other 1tb both usb2.0 interface support usb3.0 also
no need to install driver for automatically recognise by windows.
ST310005EXD101-RK flat version
STAC1000200 tower version

so if they are the same in performance why would there be a difference in price for the 1 tb usb 2.0 version of both hdd?

because the model STAC1000200 has accessories like adapter kit for usb 3.0
FireWire® 800/USB 2.0 improve either more
while the other have don't
