Difference between 2 P35 Mobos (and Ram)

What's the real difference between these 2 mobos?

Besides price of course. I do plan to overclock a Q6600 to no more than 3.0GHZ, and cooling seems better on the first.


Also, Is there a significant upgrade in PC6400 DDR2 compared to PC5400?

The PCI-E x16 slots, the DS3P has 2, even though the second one will only run at x4 when the first one is running x16. The DS3R has one more PCI slot. Those are the only differences I see at first glance.
