Difference between 3400 and 3500 S939?

Same speed (2.2ghz), same cache, same socket, whats the difference, and why would the 3400+ be more?

Hypertransport bus on the 3500+ does 1ghz on the 3400+ does 800mhz.

It is my understanding that the s939 3400 was made for one of the large oems. It is not avialable most places. Problem is, a lot of mobo's bios do not support it.
Not only is the 3500 easier for mobos, but the 90 nano part runs a lot cooler. That explains why the newcastle 3500 is so cheap, they are trying to get rid of old stock, that people dont generally want.
