Difference Between 64MB and 16MB Cache

Hey guys I'm looking to purchase a secondary HDD exclusively for recording my game-play using Fraps.

This is my current HDD I'm using for my OS and all file storage:

I've got a weekend promo code from Newegg that allows me to purchase the above HDD for $20 off so I thought it may be a good time to add another 500GB.

Will the WD Blue 16MB Cache drive be sufficient enough for Fraps recording storage or is the Cache to low?

I don't use FRAPS, but in general, the WD black drives offer better performance. Also, the blues have a 2 year warranty and the blacks have a 5 year warranty.
