Difference between ASRock Z170 Pro4/D3 and ASRock Z170 Pro4?

Hi everyone,
I've been building a custom gaming PC and i've run into a problem regarding these two motherboards:
ASRock Z170 Pro4 Intel Z170
ASRock Z170 Pro4/D3 Intel Z170
My question is:
Would it be ok, given my build (as listed below) to buy the Pro4/D3 instead of the Pro4 simply because it's a little cheaper? Would be there be a compatability issue or considerable difference in performance, etc.
Intel Core i5 6600K Quad Core LGA 1151 3.5 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 x CPU Cooler
Corsair 8GB (2x4GB) DDR4 2400MHz Vengeance
Samsung 850 EVO 250GB Internal Solid State Drive(SSD)
Cooler Master N300 Mid Tower Case
Corsair CS850M 850W ATX Power Supply
Asus DRW-24D3ST Internal DVD Burner Optical Drive
Microsoft Windows 7 Professional 64-bit English

Their essentially the same board, so their shouldn't be any compatibility issues, the only difference is the D3 doesn't have a couple of features, such as the m.2 port, which is normally used for SSDs. You can still use it, the only difference will be the speed. I believe the standard SATA III is 6 GB\s and m.2 is 10 GB\s
