Difference between Asus AiDisk and AiCloud

Share files in the USB disk through the Internet.

AiCloud
Enables USB-attached storage devices to be accessed, streamed or shared through an internet-connected PC or device.

These seem to be exactly the same thing, can anyone please explain what the difference is between the 2.

it looks like AiCloud is centered on storing your files on the 'cloud', similar to Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive.

With AiDisk you are just accessing the files on your USB storage, they aren't stored anywhere else.
