Difference between Catalyst Version and Catalyst Control Center version

Hello,

I have a question regarding the version of ATI Catalyst.
When I'm checking the version, I see 2 things:
Catalyst Version: 09.7
Catalyst Pro Control Center Version: 2011.1012

What is the meaning of this?
Did I update my driver? Or only upadeted the Catalyst software?

Any help is welcome!

If you first uninstalled your old driver through Control Panel, downloaded the latest ATI Catalyst package (11.10), and fresh installed it... yes, you have the latest driver installed. If you open your Catalyst Control Center, under software, it should say Catalyst Version: 11.10. Not 9.7
If it says 9.7, the install failed.

Well, it seems that you have updated only your software , not the drivers.
Just re run the CCC installer, and make sure to check all the options. When the software is installed you will get a tab saying view log. Click it and check if all the ticked options were updated.
