Difference between configs for laptop?

I'm looking to buy the HP Envy 15 but when configuring it I'm confused by the differences in the display category.

As you can see you can choose between 1080 and 4K, but also between HD and IR camera, but what does that mean? I tried looking it up but couldn't find anything. Any help is appreciated.

my man it litterally means you can get a 4k monitor on your laptop and an ir camera

2 types of monitors, 2 cameras, four choices.

1080p with an hd camera
1080p with an ir camera
4k with an hd camera
4k with an ir camera

(btw i think it means infra red or indigo retina)
