Difference between Corsair CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9 and CMY8GX3M2A1600C9

My current build is:
Processor: intel i7 4770
Graphic card: msi gtx 970
Motherboard: asrock h81m-vg4
PSU: corsair vs 550
Ram: old single 4gb from 2010

I am looking for a good 2x4gb ram and i just dont know which one should i choose and the price is about the same in my country
If you can, please tell me the difference and why

its hard to get GSkill in my country, I just checked every store I know and they dont sell GSkill
So i will just get the CMZ then, is it good or enough for gaming?
