Difference between di and htdi

Hi Guys, Asus has 2 cards out at the moment that are pretty much identical from what I can tell, except one has DI and the other has HTDI. Anyone know what the difference is? Usually the same price but occasionally a few dollars different.
They are the:
Asus ENGTX275-DI-896MD3
Asus ENGTX275-HTDI-896MD3,
Not that its a huge deal, just wondering that's all.

I can't tell any difference but the graphics on the card, and maybe the bundled software.
