Difference between DirectX11 and TXAA?

Is there a difference between DirectX11 and TXAA? Im building my own gaming pc and trying to decide whether to go for GeForce GTX 760 which has the DirectX11 or the GeForce 660 which has the TXAA.

DirectX is the API while TXAA is for smoothing out the frames in-game, basically getting rid of the staircase effect.

Apples and oranges. Txaa is a form of anti alaising which both gpus are capable of. Dx 11 is programming api which is supported by both as well. Get the gtx 760 its faster

DirectX is an group of Application Programming Interfaces (API) for communication with a graphics chip, while TXAA is a form of anti-aliasing, which reduces jagged edges on images. There is nothing to compare.

The GeForce 660 likely supports DirectX 11.
