Difference between DS3H and D3H

I'm looking for places to buy my parts and I come across a motherboard called "Gigabyte GA-AB350M-D3H". In my build I have a "Gigabyte GA-AB350M-DS3H". Is it fine if I use it interchangeably and is there no major differences?

They are pretty similar. But there are some differences:
Where D3H has PCI slot, DS3H has PCIE x1 slot.
D3H has additional video outputs - D-SUB and Display Port. DS3H doesn't have those.
