Difference between EVGA 660's

Are the core clock difference between the GTX 660 TI, GTX 660 TI SC, and GTX 660TI FTW+ unattainable through manual OC?

I don't know why I'm paying extra for SC or the FTW+ edition

the clocks are perfectly attainable (though not guaranteed) through mannual OC

U believe the FTW version also has slightly larget vents? otherwise, no, there is no reason to not just buy the basic version and OC it yourself. the other versions are there for marketing, and for people who don't want to OC
