Difference between Fractal design (Black Pearl) and (Blackout)?

Is there a major difference between these two cases? Since they are different in price I just got curious to what the differences are.

The only difference is the blackout has a tinted side panel window, and all black fans. The Black Pearl has white accents, and a non-tinted window.
