difference between fx 6300 blackedition & fx6300 simple edition.

i recently ordered the fx6300 black edition from Snapdeal.
So im wondering what is the difference between BE & Simple edition of this particular processor.

Blacked edition comes with unlocked multiplier, meaning you can overclock it, while it is locked on a normal one and thus you can't oc a normal one.
