difference between GA-965G-DS3 and GA-965GM-DS2?

i had my mind set on gigabyte's GA-965G-DS3. but recently i saw the GA-965GM-DS2 model, which is cheaper. i cant really find any differences between these two. i would want to save money but not in exchange for performance. can anyone plz give some infos on these?

The 965GB-DS2 is a micro-ATX form factor and has fewer PCI and PCI-Express X1 slots. A comparison can be found on the manufacturers site at:

Don't people bother to do a little research on their own? It took me about 30 seconds to go from the newegg link to the manufacturer sight to find a link that allowed comparisons. People should really do a little simple research on their own before asking others for help. The manufacturer's site is usually a good place to begin - especially when comparing two products from the same manufacturer.
