Difference between GA-K8N Ultra-9 & GA-K8NXP-9

Is Gigabyte's GA-K8N Ultra-9 a new board? How long has it been out?

I have not found much that has been written about this GA-K8N Ultra-9
board.
Plenty of info is available for the GA-K8NXP-9 board.
When comparing the hardware specs & software of these two boards, what
are the main feature differences between
GA-K8N Ultra-9 & GA-K8NXP-9?

The K8NXP-9 has a dual power system, that the K8N Ultra-9 has not.

Nforce4 ultra chipset both of them.

You see the same with their Nforce3 ultra boards. Which I use, - they
have agp.
