The non C is faster

C: Boost:1114 MHz/ Base:1026 MHz in OC Mode
Boost:1075 MHz/ Base: 1000 MHz in Gaming Mode

Non C: Boost:1342 MHz/ Base: 1241 MHz in OC Mode
Boost:1317 MHz/ Base: 1216 MHz in Gaming Mode

that is only difference.

I actually don't know the answer to that, I was just looking at their physical differences. Sorry, didn't fully answer question then.

Don't worry.....based on the specs you believe the "C" model is the same but with the reference clock speeds and can reach the same oc clocks speeds as the non "C" model?

The non C has faster stock clocks. Anyway get the card that is cheaper, you can OC it.
