Difference between H77 and B75 is RAID Support?

The only difference between the H77 and B75 Mobo is RAID support? I was going to get a H77 chipset but i see no point as i will be upgrading to skylake before i use RAID, so i dont want to pay the extra. Also, i can buy the B75 Chipset mobo in a bundle to save even more money.

I will be having an i5-3570 core on it (no overclocking)

I have been looking into it and the only difference i see is RAID and SSD Cache's. Since i am using neither, should i go with the B75 as i can get it for $60 cheaper than the H77

There are some other differences like maximum number of sata 3.0 ports.

Thats the website i was looking at. I am only hooking up 1x 1TB HDD to it and maybe 1x SSD. Because i am upgrading when skylake comes out, i dont want to spend too much.
