Difference between high class and low class power supplies...

I just want to built a budhet gaming pc with the intel z377 chipset and the coffee lake i3 processor and ia,m confused with the power supply...There are many options before me..So iam confused.
There is corsairs 550W for 3000 which comes on top ..but there is also frontech and foxin 800W psu available for much cheaper rate of RS 1000......Buthere more watts are avilable for less bucks..or is there any thing rather than watts while considering psu S?Urgent help needed

Build quality.
Watts and brands dont matter compared to build quality. A cheaply made unit runs the risk of failing and taking out half your PC with it.

This is the cheapest unit I can recommend, but its 3300Rs. Realistically, you do not want to go any cheaper.
