Difference between idle temps and load temps

When I run Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool my idle temps are 40°C and after stress test it records around 59°C. Here is a temp difference of 19°C. Once a difference came around only 6°C(42°C to 48°C) and 9°C. But maximum times the difference is around 15°C . Is that normal for my brand new i5 4440 CPU? My room temp is very hot and humid..around 31-32°C. ..........Another issue is that what is the meaning of Fan PWM0, PWM1,PWM2 in HW Monitor??All of those are at 0% . I just have a case fan and a stock cooler. Looking forward to your replies.

FANIN 0 is most likely your CPU fan. HW monitor won't show the fan speed for your power supply. If the case fan is plugged into the motherboard, it'll show the RPMs for that fan. Your temps are good, and as long as both fans are spinning I wouldn't worry about anything :)

The max temp for a Core i5 is about 105C, so you're good to go, especially in a warm humid room like you described. As long as your case fan and stock cooler fan is spinning correctly then I wouldn't worry about the PWM fan speeds. I believe those are for fans pulling power off of the motherboard, but yours is most likely pulling power from the PSU directly.

Thank U....case fan is spinning but its not showing in HW Monitor....I don't know if its connected to the motherboard or not. Are there any places where the case fan can be connected other than motherboard ?

The motherboard fan connections would be small 3-prong connections. You'll either see the cable from your fan connecting to the motherboard or connecting to a cable from your PSU. Your fan would have to have the appropriate connection on it to utilize the motherboard fan connection.

Okk. Since its not showing in HW monitor , it might be connected to the PSU. I think. But is their any way to know the RPM of my fan if connected to PSU so that I can check if it's working properly or not. Tonight I saw it spinning well.
