Difference Between Network Administrator and Network Analyst?

Want to know the difference between the both.
i have somewhat idea about network administrator

Network admin looks after the network on a day to day basis. the analyst is often a contractor will come in and analyse the network tell you strengths weakneses whre improvements can be made etc.

Many times it is purely a title that makes some feel important. There is no way now days to tell anything by job titles. Used to be you had to have a actually engineering degree to call yourself a engineer. Now you get kids straight out of high school working call center jobs that have engineer in their title.
