GTX 1060 is also available in laptops.
They both represent 4ish year old designs. Both are from the Pascal generation. Nvidia often re-brands older silicon and places it in new generations for cheap components.

MX 230 256 Cuda cores, 2 or 4 GB of GDDR5 (GP108)
So taken quickly, the GTX 1060 is about 5 times faster, though in practice it won't be quite that much.
