difference between P5KPL - AM and P5KPL - AM - IN Asus's models

I have a PC with P5KPL -AM -IN model and searched for information about the motherboard on Google. I could locate some information about P5KPL - AM but very little for P5KPL - AM -IN. Motherboards look little different.
Are they different on the basic circuit design?

The P5KPL -AM IN doesn't have a parallel port, a PCIe x1 slot and it only has 2 SATA ports. Both motherboards definitely have a different circuit design.
