Difference between Razer Blackwidow Elite 2014 and Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014

I want to buy the Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014, but on Newegg (Canada) it says Ultimate Elite, and i don't know if there is a difference between the original one or is it just the real title of the original one... It is not the title of the keyboard, it is just saying it's an elite gaming keyboard, as far as I can tell.
