Difference between SATA 6 Gb/s and Satae,

Hi,

I was going through the specifications of ASUS Maximus VIII Extreme. It lists:
6 x SATA 6Gb/s port(s), gray, 4 ports from 2 x SATA Express
2 x SATA Express port

(1) What is the difference between SATA 6gb/s and SATAe.
(2) Should I connect my SSD to the SATAe port to ensure faster speeds?
(3) Does this motherboard have 8 SATA ports - 6 SATA 6gb/s and 2 SATAe?
(4) What does the line "4 ports from 2 X SATA Express" in the specification mean?

sata e has pci-e compatability as well as sata

2 unless your sata controler is saturated then no, you wont get faster speeds
3 yes. all 8 are usable by sata devices.
4 it just means the sata port is split into 2 connectors allowing 2 drives to be connected to 1 sata.
