Difference between SATA and ESATA

What is the difference between SATA and ESATA?
can i attach hard Disk wit SATA 3.0 cable on ESATA socket??

I have DH67Cl, it has internal esata port so my question is, can i use esata port for my internal hdd or DVD Rom.

No. ESATA is for external SATA. not internal. You can have that port connected to the case slot (if your case has an eSATA connector).
