difference between SL6WH & SL6WS

Maybe I'm missing something that is a bit *DUH* but these things look identicle. is the ws/wh manufacture locations? Wondering, if that is the case, was one *better* than the other?

Both D1 core steppings, so I'd say both should do well in overclocking. The "WS" is only available in a retail box configuration while the "WH" comes both in retail box as well as OEM tray processors.
