So I'm currently using an old gtx 560 2gb and the specs I'm looking at are as follows:
Graphics clock: 810-950 mhz
Processor clock: 1620-1900 mhz
Memory clock 2002-2200 mhz
And the 970:
Base clock: 1050 mhz
Boost clock: 1178 mhz
Memory clock: 7 gbps
My question is, why are these labeled differently? I guess I don't understand the difference between graphics clock and base clock etc. Also why is the memory clock measured in gbps instead of mhz on the 970?
