Question Difference between thermaltake gx1 700w RGB vs non RGB version

As the title says, I wanna inquire about the differences between the RGB and non RGB versions as I'm not too knowledgeable about PSUs.
My local retailers have the non-RGB one and I'm considering it for a budget build I'm making and I wanna know if it's as good as the RGB one.
My other options (for about 500 EGP less) would be Corsair's CV650w and for about 350EGP more, Corsair's TX650M

Its not a very good PSU, If you can spend the extra money get the Corsair TX650M.

Well, it IS a budget build, so can you clarify what kind of problems I'd have if I go for it? Or what makes it a bad option?
I don't mind investing in a good option if it's beneficial in the long run (better quality, longer lifetime, noticeably less noisy/cooler..etc)
Just wanna better understand the tradeoff.
