Difference between these M4s?

on Newegg there is 3 M4 SSDs with the exact same specs, 2 of which have the same title but different model number, and one has 7MM in the title which is the height of the SSD, the other two are 9.5MM. then there is just 1 more that I'm putting at the bottom I'm curious about, the C300. it has slower read/write speeds, why is it more expensive? is it just one of those old SSDs that Newegg didn't update the price on because its sold out?

my main question is between the top 2 though, they have the exact same performance specs, whats the difference between the two?

I'm getting one of these for my new build, and i don't know which one to get because they are all (from what i can see) the same performance wise. :lol: to prevent getting flamed, I've tried Google and the only answers i got were "one has the height of only 7MM, 2.5 MM shorter than the other" and "one comes with a transfer kit" they did not have the same questions as me obviously.

i put lots of effort into making the links look pretty with my arrows, when i post this they better stay that way :lol: thanks in advance.

The CT128M4SSD2 does not come with a 3.5" adaptor bracket. The CT128M4SSD2BAA does.

The C300 was released about a year before the M4. That's why it costs more and has worse specs.

FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU-!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY ARROWS SCREWED UP!!!!! dammit. oh well, thanks. i will get the 7MM one because my rosewill blackhawk case comes with HDD trays that support both, its awesome. thanks again, cleared things up for me.
