Difference between these Rams?

I can't tell the difference, other than the price, between these two Rams. Same brand, same amount, different serial number, different price. If you could explain the difference, and maybe which one is better, I would greatly appreciate it.

Looks like they're clocked differently. One is DDR4-3200 (3200MHz) and the other is DDR4-3000 (3000MHz).

I can't think of a performance difference that small difference in speed would make, so the modules are practically identical.

Even the timings and voltages are the same - 16-16-16-36 and 1.35V.

That's what I would do. Unless your motherboard caps out memory speed at 3000MHz, then there'd be no point.
